Wanting to help refugees fleeing Ukraine through Romania?

Here is one place I suggest:

Please write Ukraine Refugee Fund in your check’s memo.

If you want a tax-deductible receipt, request it.

Funds will be used to provide emergency food, lodging, and transportation. Some refugees are transiting through Romania; others will likely stay in Romania and need ongoing assistance until they can return to Ukraine. If more funds are received than needed for emergency care, they will be used where needed most.

Brotherly Aid Ministries is a 501c3 organization sponsored by four conservative Anabaptist churches in the USA. BAM is governed by a five-member board which has assumed responsibility for the work of Christian Aid Ministries in Romania.

I made this handy one-page document you can print and/or share: Information and coupon for aid to Ukrainian refugees (PDF).
