Ever since the peanut crop failed last fall, things seemed to go downhill for the people of northwest Haiti. They had spent hours in their peanut fields, preparing the soil, planting the seeds, and weeding the fields. But they lacked rain, and when harvest time came a lot of people harvested much fewer peanuts than they had planted.

CAM plans to do a relief project in this area of Haiti. For four months, they will distribute rice and beans to 1,600 drought victim families for a small payment (to avoid creating a dependent mentality).

If you would like to join in providing food for these hungry Haitians, please see the response coupon below.

I invite you to send a financial contribution to Christian Aid Ministries.

Click here for CAM's 7 June 2007 information about this need and opportunity.

Filling out the form at the right will generate a special Web page. Simply print out that page, attach the contribution you indicated, and mail it to Christian Aid Ministries.

An email will also be sent to you at the email address you provide. Please note: Submitting this form sends nothing to Christian Aid Ministries.

God bless you!
