Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the societal upheaval brought on by political decisions in its wake, most churches still do not meet for public worship services. Our congregation (Hopewell Mennonite Church, Hubbard, Oregon) offers our members a Sunday morning devotional and message via links to audio recorded specifically for that purpose.
One of our Sunday School superintendents asked me to give the devotional for this morning. With apologies for the poor quality of the sound, here it is:
The reminder to delight in Him by loving Him above all else is paramount in living the Christian life and trusting Him to give me the desires He wants me to have. Now, that (to delight in Him) is my desire. Thanks, Mark.
